India Silverman is a Boston-based lighting designer and technician originating from Seattle. She is currently in her final year at Boston University working towards her BFA in Lighting Design. She has had the pleasure of spending her summers outside of school working for The Glimmerglass Festival, Santa Fe Opera, and Village Theater. She is a story and dramaturgically-driven designer, interested in text and stylistic analysis. Still in the early stages of her career, she is inspired by the versatility of live performance and talent her work can support. Outside of lighting design she is a passionate ceramic sculptor, writer, and dungeon master
